- Add water to a pan so that it's 2/3 full.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- When the water's boiling, add the frozen dumplings and stir continuously in one direction.
- When the water's boiling again, add 1/3 mug of cold water.
- Repeat the previous step another two times.
- When all the dumplings float to the surface, keep boiling for another two to three minutes.
Serve.
